Sonya is a highly trained massage and energy practitioner with advanced qualifications in Raynor Massage Therapy, Healing Touch (Level 5), B.E.S.T., and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Levels 1 & 2). Her work combines precise therapeutic technique with a calm, intuitive approach that supports effective release and restoration.

With 20 years of experience as a Medical Laboratory Technologist in Canada, Sonya brings a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology to her practice. After relocating to New Zealand, she spent the past two decades expanding her skills in holistic healing and integrative bodywork.

Sonya’s treatments are professional, focused, and deeply supportive — creating a safe space for clients to unwind, rebalance, and reconnect with their bodies.
